With a rich experience of more than 16 years in various major firms in the market, Khalil joined forces with Sami Haddad in April 2023 with the aim of diversifying the services of the firm (founded in 2015).

This association leading to the launch of Ghanmi & Haddad was part of the objective of better serving customers, who are considered to be leading partners.

We are therefore delighted to announce that we have been able to successfully merge in 2023 months to form our law firm Ghanmi & Haddad, in order to better serve our clients, who are considered to be leading partners.

A graduate of the University Paul Cézanne Aix-Marseille III (France), Khalil leads the Corporate and M&A team at Ghanmi & Haddad, composed of lawyers and specialized legal experts.
