With a rich experience of more than 16 years, including 6 years in a large law firm, Sami founded Sami Haddad Avocats Conseils in March 2015.

Sami partnered with Khalil Ghanmi in April 2023, to launch Ghanmi & Haddad with the aim of diversifying the firm’s services to better serve clients, who are considered to be leading partners.

A graduate of the University Paul Cézanne Aix-Marseille III (France), Sami heads the Litigation and Arbitration team at Ghanmi & Haddad, composed of specialized lawyers and legal experts.  

Managed by Sami, the Litigation and Arbitration team provides the following areas of expertise:

• Due diligence and pre-litigation advice
• Negotiation for dispute resolution
