- Drafting of legal documentation relating to the incorporation and day to day corporate acts of commercial and civil companies;
- Share capital increase and decrease, merger, spin-off, asset transfer;
- Issuance of all kind of securities and redemption of shares;
- Advice to top management;
- The review and/or writing of drafts of minutes of the general meetings;
- The review and/or writing of the necessary legal documents prior to the holding of the general meetings (convening notices, attendance sheets, draft resolutions); and
- Assistance for the fulfillment of legal formalities related to the minutes of the general meetings (file with the office of the district court, registration within the trade register, legal notices…).
